Teachers

We offer unique opportunities for elementary and high school students to become involved in research.

Report Contest

Children’s Health Research Institute’s mandate extends outside the laboratory with its efforts to bring research into the classroom. The Report Contest provides an opportunity for science teachers to enhance their curriculum format, while developing students' literacy, hone students' research, analysis and writing skills and win some great prizes!

Partners in Experiential Learning

The Partners in Experiential Learning program offers high school students the chance to work in laboratories that specialize in childhood illnesses. The Program allows students from 38 high schools in the London, Ontario area to work in a Children's Health Research Institute laboratory either part-time or full-time for two months. All students will be monitored by researchers, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students.
